Aviva Nirenberg is a Professional Certified ADHD Coach (PCAC) as well as an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Life Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF) with specialization in productivity, success, and ADHD. She has more than a decade of real life experience with the joys and challenges of coaching individuals to be their best. Aviva gained her expertise in ADHD coaching at the ADD Coach Academy, the world’s premier institute for ADHD coach training. 

As a life long learner, she is continuously exploring educational opportunities to grow as a coach and enhance the lives of her clients. In the process, she has acquired extensive knowledge on many topics. Among them are how to optimize success through nutrition, exercise, and sleep. In addition, she shares with her clients her vast knowledge of neuroscience based, proven, cutting edge strategies to maximize their productivity. Other ideas she integrates into her coaching include enhancing mindfulness for stress reduction and increased happiness and uncovering and cultivating her clients strengths to increase motivation, success, and fulfillment. She is passionate about using her wisdom and experience to help people successfully navigate their lives, overcome obstacles, and achieve the vision of their lives they’ve always imagined.

To give back to the community, Aviva facilitates two free virtual Meetup groups  to provide support for individuals and families touched by ADHD. In addition, she is an active member her local International Coaching Federation (ICF) chapter.  She also serves a volunteer coach for the Women for Change Coaching Community, an organization that makes coaching accessible to all women who desire positive change in their lives. She is also a participating member of the national ADHD member organizations: CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder) and ADDA (Attention Deficit Disorder Association).
